National Gandhian Leadership Camp 2026

The Gandhi Research Foundation (GRF) is organizing a National Gandhian Leadership Camp for Indian youth, focusing on capacity building in community leadership. It is a twelve day residential programme, scheduled from from September 21 to October 03, 2026, which will be held at Jain Hills, Jalgaon.

Participants will be selected from students (aged 22-30 years), with priority being given to NSS, NYK, and NCC volunteers as well as youth activists and social workers associated with voluntary and non-governmental organizations. The intake of participants will be limited to fifty.

Objectives:

Imparting knowledge and skills on leadership, based on Gandhiji's ideas and practices, and in sync with the current Indian socio-political context;

Training the participants to become Gandhian ambassadors, committed to creating a culture of nonviolence and peace;

Forming an environmental and development-based leadership;

Motivating the youth to create a nonviolent society;

Introducing the participants to the principles of good governance and public administration policies.
