8. Birthday Purse

"Supposing I don't present you the purse but walk away with it, what will you do?" asked Shrimati Sarojini Naidu, with her eyes on the fat purse which had been collected to be presented to Gandhiji on his Birthday on 2nd October, 1947.

Gandhiji : "I know you are capable of doing that!" (Laughter)
