Early to bed and early to rise. Regular morning and evening prayers (all religions are propagated by human beings and hence are incomplete. All religions are different ways leading to God). This body is a means to realize God. Therefore, keep it fit. Lead life full of body labour. Do your work yourselves (Gandhiji used to spin every day for 30 minutes The food we eat should be pure, balanced and regular. Observe fast occasionally. Instead of thinking of the self, think of the society first. Do all your duties on time. Do not do anything by sacrificing truth. Accept your mistakes early; this is a way to progress. Act first and then advise. Read some good books daily. If you stick to truth, even small service can be a means to your deliverance. Nature produces enough for everybody’s needs but not enough for every one’s greed. Write your daily dairy. It can serve as a guide. Your life is your message. |
