59. Bad Dreams
Four things are helpful in avoiding had dreams:
  1. Ramanama
  2. Pure air, controlled breathing in open air, asanas etc.
  3. Pure food (Wheat, milk, vegetables) without spices and sweets.
  4. Physical work all day so as to ensure good sleep at night.
